More Information about our Facility

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I have to pay an admission fee?

All Jurassic Zone customers must pay to get into the facility for the purpose of keeping our costs at a very reasonable rate and for our customers to play the latest, as well as classic, games in our arcade. Our policy has always been to charge admission for anyone that wishes to come into our facility.

With an admission fee, Jurassic Zone becomes a great source of family entertainment in a safe, trouble-free, and enjoyable environment, and not a hangout. Any children 3 years old and younger have free admission and free mini golf.

How much does it cost to play a game?

Our arcade games run on game cards. The cost to play our arcade games is based on a nickel system, where each $1 added to the game card gets you at least 20 credit points. The more money you load on your card, the more FREE credit points you will receive toward gameplay. There is no cost to activate a game card. The average cost per gameplay is four credits. Some games take fewer credits, and some take more credits. Game cards are available for purchase at our register or two convenient kiosk stations.

Do I need a reservation for a party?

Yes! It is important to get a reservation for your party! Table space is limited in our party room. If you want to get the time and day that you desire, you should call or message us as soon as possible as space fills up fast.

Do you require a deposit for booking a party?

No deposit is required for booking a party. Since we do not require a deposit, we do ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made as soon as possible.

What kind of games do you have in the arcade?

Click on the arcade photos link to check out all the games that we have available in our arcade.

Do my tickets or ticket vouchers ever expire?

No, tickets/points or ticket vouchers never expire on the game cards and may be brought back in at a later date to be redeemed at the prize counter.

Do you have food or drinks for sale?

We have sodas, Gatorade, and water for purchase at the counter. We do not have any food for sale. Food is only allowed to be brought in for reserved parties.

Can I drop my kids off and pick them up later?

Jurassic Zone has no specific rules that prohibit parents from dropping their kids off to play in our arcade or mini golf course. However, it is the parent’s responsibility to decide regarding the maturity and abilities of their child. Parents or guardians must ensure that their child has proper funds, transportation, and important contact information.

Jurassic Zone is not a childcare facility, and it is not to be held responsible for the supervision of children and their actions or inactions. Parents or guardians are held responsible for their own children.

Can I rent out Jurassic Zone for an event or party?

Yes! Click on the private party link under pricing for more information on private parties.

How many tables can I rent out at a time?

Up to five tables can be rented out at a time. 16 people fit comfortably at each table. Each table is 16 feet long.

Can I get extra time on a table?

Yes! For an additional $60 per table, you can have your tables reserved for an additional one hour and 45 minutes.
